Jackson Hewitt

Last year a jackson hewitt office I only went to placed the wrong mailing address on the tax return. I had to wait longer for my tax refunds. I called Brian Trinidad at that office and was told he will change it. Apparently he never did, as after I got home from filing at a different jackson hewitt Jan 30 Peter DiGaudio, office he also placed the wrong mailing address. In calling him, he brushed me off as he said he was with another client and will call me back, but he never did.

They asked all stupid questions. but not the important one "is this your correct mail address?" Here jackson hewitt is inept. The office last year said he was gong to change it and never did. But they should compare the mail address with the W2, or ask what is the mail address you want your refund checks sent too. Also the mail address was on the rent certificate.
