Enterprise Rent-A-Car - SUV Rental
We have rented from Enterprise for years now, for long distance trips without any issues whatsoever.
This year as every year I made the reservation over a week prior to our departure. At the day and time of pickup that I was given, there was no car available we had to return later once a car became available jeopardizing our schedule. When a car did become available it had almost 50K miles on it, not at all what what I expected after spending over $1000 dollars.
In central Nebraska we started to experience brake and transmission problems, we called 4 other locations before finding one that had any car of any kind.
Experiencing this kind of stress is not something I would expect from Enterprise it certainly isn’t what we experienced in the past if we had, we would not be a return customer.
Totally unacceptable service from a reputable company.
