I have been dropping FedEx packages off at Walgreens since they have added this service, for a few months now and have been enjoying the convenience of it. Every time I go in they ask me if I want a receipt and I always decline (with covid... Limited time in store is nice)... They say ok... No problem
Last week I dropped off several packages and accidentally left a ups package in there. Today I went in with about twenty or so packages and deanna the cashier told me I had to wait until she scanned them all to make sure they were correct. I said... No thanks... I don't need a receipt. She said I had to wait because last week there were ups packages mixed in. I told her again I didn't need to wait. She said "what do you want me to do with the ups packages... Throw them out?" I was perplexed and bewildered... And I can say things didn't get any more pleasant. I told her maybe she could have looked up my name and called me? Or possibly call ups and pick up the package? Or maybe just have been nice to me? She was very rude. I was rude back. I will not be bringing my packages back to Walgreens Cedarburg Wisconsin because of Deanna the nasty cashier.
Desired outcome: an apology. my lost package that she threw out.
