My Mom had an appt with Casey at the JCP Salon in Ashwaubenon yesterday. She explained to Casey what she wanted due to the fact that she had a big snarl within the back of her head. Casey's reply to my Mom's situation was unacceptable. Casey gave excuses and was quite rude on how and why my Mom had this snarl. My Mom had beautiful, long gray hair. She tried herself to remove it yet no luck. She finally made the decision to cut her hair short due to where the snarl began. This was a hard decision for her and Casey did not make it any better. I hope that Casey doesn't talk to other customers like that.
