Last September of 2010, I added my husband on my account as a family member for $49 with one year contract. Last january 2011, I noticed my bank account that they have been taking $60 instead of $49 as per the contract. I called a week before my appointment on January 13 and told them that they have been overcharging me since September 2010. They told me that she will notify the manager and the manager will call me back for the status. A week had passed and still no call. I told them again on January 13 about my situation and same thing they told me before, the manager will get back to me. I called them again a week later, and still the same response. My husband had an appointment the end of January and he asked the front desk about our status and they told him that the manager is working on it and that the manager will call us back. On February 3, 2011, I had an appointment at 3 pm for 1 hr massage and 1 hr facial and I asked them about the update and they told me the same thing again. The manager was not there at the moment and they will make sure to let him know about it as soon as he gets in. After my appointment (2 hrs), still, the manager wasn't there and they told me to wait for his call. We called them again today, 2-23-11, and still the same response as if the manager really is not there and doesn't know what's been going on. This is their mistake, but yet, we've been given the round around on fixing their error. They won't give us the corporate number and the manager's last name. This is getting ridiculous. How much longer should we wait for them to fix their error? This is so unprofessional and unethical. They are over charging me and I have the contract to prove it.
