I want to cancel my membership & get a refund on the 11 packages I paid for but could never get an appointment for. There are never appointments available when it’s convenient for me, nor were there any appointments when I tried to look for ANY openings. I also looked for appointments in 2 different places. The one time I got an appointment, they called an hour before my appointment to tell me they canceled it. I have spent WAY too much money for never being able to even make an appointment at the Elkridge, MD location & the Hanover, MD location. This has been completely unfair to me. I would prefer to get my money back. It has been so impossible to get a massage.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund on the 11 packages that I will never be able to even use.

I’m in the exact same boat in the suburbs of Chicago! Have countless credits lined up, yet nearly impossible to schedule an appt. Wonder if there is anyone in corporate that we can complain to. It’s beyond frustrating and feels like a complete waste of money that we can’t cancel without losing all of our credits. We should be able to suspend the monthly fee while we work through our credits if they are that short staffed with therapists.
