Massage Envy review: Massage envy staff and manager at the Hilltop location in VA Beach Va

Massage appt was cancelled without any reason and I was not informed of the cancellation for a scheduled appt on 3/1/25. The front desk people stated they didnt know why the appt was cancelled but stated a supervisor would call and follow up. NO ONE called! I received a call from someone trying to schedule a massage and I indicated that i wanted to cancel membership and the call dropped this call occurred on Saturday 5/3/25. I received a return call on 5/7/25 from Raquell to cancel my membership to massage envy and the manager Raquell was rude and argumentative on the phone.
