Rented one rental got charged accidentally 4 times over 2,000 dollars pending on my credit card for a 180.88 rental car. Customer service was really mean to me like it was something I did. No one cared that I was out of that money for such a long time. No one could provide my bank with any information to help me out. I was to the point of tears. I was on the phone all day with avis and my bank for days and still waiting for someone to help me.
Desired outcome: i would just like my money cleared
