Went to see The Little Mermaid with a friend on Monday, May 29th at 1:05 in the Afternoon as a birthday treat to me. Tickets were purchased in advance, so there was no waiting in line for that, however, we were disappointed to find that we had to wait in line to place food/drink order to have it delivered to our seats hopefully before the movie started... and it was. we were also disappointed to see how the popcorn is now being prepared behind the scene and sat in a window for anyone or for anyone's hands to be all over. I find this to be unsanitary and it leaves the popcorn to be served stale, cool and or cold.

I ordered the plant based Patty melt and fries. The burger was ok. Even though it is plant based, it could've cooked a little longer and my fries were served cool to cold and I am NOT a fan of cold fries.

After, the movie, I visited the Ladies room and OMG, it was totally disgusting in there. There were pieces of toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, the countertop was really really wet and overflowing with water, there were no paper towels in the holder. Instead, there was a roll just sitting in the wetness on the counter.

On the way out, the lobby looked a total mess. Popcorn all over the floor, the butter station was full of trash. Just horrible and unkept.. a sight for sore eyes.
