I filed a complaint a few weeks ago. However I wanted to give a fair update on the matter of Pharmacy wait times and prescriptions rarely ready when said they are.
I picked up my prescriptions at Kroger and even though it took a full week with my running out of my meds for a couple of days, I will say that they are making an attempt to keep the line down to just a half dozen people. There is a sign that says NEW Temporary Hours (which should be permanent) allows for later pickups on Saturday and even a timeframe on Sundays for pickup. I was in and out within 15 minutes of getting in line which is a HUGE improvement to the 45 min to hour long wait I've had in the past.
Desired outcome: Please Keep the extended Pharmacy hours as permanent
