Quest Diagnostics - Refund of $100.00 from quest diagnosticы

Name: Franklin Riley...78yrs young. November 13 2019.. had lab work
at Quest Lab in Manassas, Va. Have Medicare and had applied but had not rec'd Medicaid consequently was asked to pay $100.00 to cover
additional costs. Medicaid card was rec'd and it covered extra costs and
here is where the fun begins.. Since May 2020 — have been trying to get my
$100.00 refunded — have spoken to at least 8 employees — all with a different
answer.. Even sent a personal letter to the CFO of Quest — NO RESPONSE..

Have tried to find a mailing address but to no avail...
