I dropped a Rx off at 4:30 p.m. i was told it would be an hour. I returned to the Ironbridge Marketplace Kroger in Chester, Va at 6:00 p.m. only to be told it would be 30 minutes. I sat and waited in the pharmacy area for an hour and still the Rx was not filled. I left and will have to take time out of my day, yet again, to return to see if it was filled. This is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Whatever the store thinks is just. If nothing happens, then I know my worth as a customer.
Kroger - management
I was hired with Kroger in the Click List department.I was told if I worked hard I would get hours.
I get 10-20 a week. I noticed a few gals with 30 hours a week. I heard they are friendly with the manager. I notice they get hours and sit around and do nothing while I am sent home.
They eat and drink in the back while I have to waste my time going to the break room. I was told customers are priority. I help all I can but it affects my average. I heard one guy helped a disabled man and the manager was furious with him because his average was like 10 items for the hour. The manager bonus is on us get close to 90 units an hour. I have 59 because I interact with customers. The maps they give us is wrong. I write up the mistakes but are never fixed.
There are rules for some and then rules for gals who will do anything. I am married and I will not do that for more hours. I am looking for something else. When it busy we get people from other departments instead of giving people like me hours.
When it is slow I come in for a few hours and sent home.
I am not given a chance to work in other departments. This store is not union but it should be.
