Olive Garden - Bad service

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with Olive Garden company and restaurant. This address is 4117 Chesapeake Square Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321. If I could rate this restaurant a 0 right now, I absolutely and completely would. I have a dairy allergy and informed the "Olive Garden team member several times over the phone. For pick up, I took a bite, ate one of the bread sticks, and immediately broke out in hives everywhere. When I called directly over the phone to inform the to go team member specialist, I was directly hung up not only once but twice. After patiently calling back and waiting on hold for a manager, it seemed that the manager had a bit of a temper. The manger was rude, inconsiderate, and very impatient. It was particularly very stressful when the manager refused to listen to me and kept cutting across me over the phone the whole entire time. It is the manager job to make sure the workers are putting, filling the right, and correct orders in especially, if someone has a severe allergy. All of my bread stick orders were incorrect and 12 dozen bread sticks were ordered over the phone NOT online. Not only that, but the manger expected me to go all the way back and travel long distance to Olive Garden after having a full breakout episode, to re do my order only for tonight instead of just giving me a full refund back or having me come back tomorrow. The manager never even informed me when I was going to receive an amount or refund back after immediately hanging up the phone directly in my face, which was highly unprofessional. This was inconvenient for me and could have definitely been addressed better. Not only that, but I had to call back twice and ask these questions again because the manager directly hung up the phone in my face. It is a shame that as a customer, I could not enjoy my meal and eat it because of a breakout episode, which could have been prevented it's truly a shame. I highly commended Olive Garden restaurant of having the best customer service, skills, and valued this company however, I am a little concerned if I want to support, order anything from this company, and restaurant again.
