Popeyes

Popeyes in St. George, Utah #12772, 8/12/22, approx 5:15 pm, (receipt was too faded to read,) indoor order.

Requested dark meat. Girl at counter said she'd ask her manager. Heard him yell at her. "Absolutely not! There's a national shortage of dark meat!" We were traveling and staying in a hotel. They didn't give us utensils or napkins, which are standard at other Popeyes we've eaten at. We had to use one of the hotel's hand towels for a napkin.They also didn't put in any butter or honey for the biscuits. We ordered both Cajun rice and black beans and rice. Neither had enough salt. We usually love these sides. Needless to say, we were not impressed.

This is the second time I have sent you a complaint and haven't received a response.
I purchased $250 worth of Popeyes gift cards ($25 each) from Target in St George Utah, on February 13th, 2021. Your stores will not honor them!
How can I get my money back from Target?, or from you. Target has written on the sales receipt "Cannot be returned", Can you help me please. I am trying to be kind about this.
