This has been going of since 3/19/22... Tracheal was rude so I booked a room some where else. She charged my card for 263.76 for four night which I went stayed someone else bc of the roaches and dirty carpet, clogged tub. She told me that it will take 2-3 business day its been 3 weeks n still no refund. Called today n choice and she said I don't get a refund and I didn't renew my contract
Desired outcome: I want my 263.76 bqck
WoodSprings Suites - Service
I called to front desk md asked for clean sheets and towels because I spilled soda in my bed and explained that to desk clerk. She refused saying that nothing could be given after 10 PM. Due to her reasons I am being forced to sleep in a wet bed for the night. This is not an example of great guest service. She also informed me that I could not get any tissue.
