We started a tile floor project in November 2021 through Lowes. I payed the total amount to the floor department on November 2nd with my Lowe's card. The employee ordered all the materials and had them sent to our home. The project was completed in December having excess mortar left over. Since we were planning on having the remainder of the house tiled, we just saved the mortar for them to use on that.
Our next tile project was ordered in the store again and payed in total with the Lowe's credit card on January 17th 2022. I told the employee about the excess mortar during the ordering process and told him I wanted to use that. He ordered 22 more bags for 4 bedrooms and 5 closets. The project was completed in March 2022. We still have the pallet of mortar from the second order in our driveway.
I have made numerous calls with very long call wait times, gone to the store many times and have had assurances of a scheduled flat bed sent to pick up the excess twice and. I have waited all day without results. The pallet of mortar is still on my driveway.
I am very frustrated.
Desired outcome: I want the pallet of excess mortar picked up by Lowe's and refunded back to my account
