Arch supports I bought for $600+ hurt my feet. I could not afford whole system and loan turned down, so salesperson sells me just initial arches and thin rubber soles. I tried to wear arches for three days, but pain so bad in joint of right big toe and knee area (torn meniscus from prior injury). No Refund policy and I cannot find receipt. Maybe I should be more concerned about this than lost money? I am just reporting this to warn others. If salesperson said the completest stem of various arch supports must be bought, then why did person sell me only first pair? I think person simply wanted a sale. I stated all my injuries. I am an elderly female Veteran on limited income. I have had two ankle surgeries plus a frozen joint in right bug tie plus torn ligament in right hip plus torn meniscus in right knee. Deal only with medical personnel with initials after their name. Learn from my expensive mistake!
