YES! Communities

Good morning, I live on one of the many yes communities in San Antonio to be exact the address is 7109 west loop 1604 north San Antonio Tx 78254. the complain I have is that the staff is rude we had some issues with the park and they don't answer the phone and when they do they give you an attitude that there's nothing they can do instead of giving me options on how to resolved the issue, toady we went into the office (06/15/2021) and the office was close but someone open the door and told us that office has been close we ask the lady that we have been calling regarding an issue that we have and she turns around and says that she doesn't know because she's on medical leave and that to call back tomorrow, but me thinking if she is in medical leave why is she at the office . All I want is to treat us with respect and we have been leaving here for 21 ones years and never had a complain about anything and the time we have an issue they treat us like this .
