I recently have to come to San Antonio due to my new job/occupation here. When I reserved this room (313 at In-Town Suites) I was told that it was a clean room in good conditions, upon arrival I noticed that the door located from the bedroom to the bathroom was in very bad conditions. Both side panels have literally felt apart and every time the door is open more of the door more of the panels come undone. In addition, there is a substantial amount of mold in the joints between the bathtub and the bathroom doors. I tried to clean it, but there is just no way I can do it. The extractor in the restroom is extremely dirty and is not working. There are flies dead and their bodies are hanging. The toilet bowl is dirty as well. Again, I tried cleaning it, but I am 51 and my lungs are not longer that great. In addition, when I rented the place I was told that this room had fast speed connection. This is not correct. The speed in the room is less than 5 mbps which is not a "high speed" connection as described by state guidelines and other descriptions.
Desired outcome: I am leaving on Saturday, June 12 at 10:00 am. I would like to be refund it for the days I will not be using this room anymore. I have had to rent another location that meet my needs of cleanliness.
