InTown Suites review: Run far away from sol rosario, she does bad business

Thare racist and it’s really only one person in particular, Sol Rosario the name of the Hispanic lady that majority be at the front desk , she’s very racist , rude , and a very vile vindictive person . How are you a minority being racist to other minorities outside her race . I was a paying customer on time , for the past 3 months and after a month you are legally a resident of the hotel and they have to go through another process to evict you out through courts . Well she called the police on me and got me trespassed for no reason even when I had evidence and told the police to review the cameras . I never said more than a few words to this lady and we only spoke when I went to pay my room every week . People smoke weed in their rooms , have pets even when they claim “ no pets “are allowed AND THEY ARENT SERVICE DOGS LIKE SHE CLAIMS IN THE REPLYS , she sneaks off to sleep in rooms which is why you always have to track her down to be at that front desk when you need some assistance, it’s even people in there in the process of being evicted so they are there laying in rooms Scott free but had the nerve to call the police on a person who never gave them a problem . She’s not happy with her job , her life , or her self so you can tell she takes it out on other people . God sits high and sees all so when it’s all said and done it will be a day she’ll be one paycheck away from being in the same predicament people that have no choice but to pay for a room while trying to get their life back on track . She’s an employee that really needs to be reevaluated and retrained because sooner or later she’s going to cost that hotel out of a lot of money . People are already going through a hard time , and she chooses to put extra weight upon people shoulders instead of treating everyone with kindness . Her attitude is disgusting, she talks to people like they are bothering her and that’s not right at all . She’ll never have any good luck in life cause karma will visit her someday and no one will have sympathy for like she lacks to have for other people . She gets to go home everyday while people in that hotel , have to figure it out either everyday or week to avoid being out in the cold . Let’s start having the compassion and sympathy for that as a front desk worker. That’s all she is , is a front desk worker acting like she’s the ceo
