I purchased refrigerator 3 years and two months ago. I purchased service plan with the refrigerator. I placed more than 7 service requests in the past three years. In August 2019, Conns replaced the compressor and at that time, the customer service representative told me that if there were any problems in the future, we could exchange the refrigerator. Unfortunately, my refrigerator stopped cooling and making ice, so I placed a new service request, which at the time, the Conns' representative stated that we would be eligible to exchange my refrigerator if there was anything significantly wrong. The technician stated that our refrigerator needed a new compressor and he ordered it. So, I contacted both service and customer service to inquire why we could not get a new refrigerator because it is unreasonable that refrigerator would need three compressors, new control board, new ice maker, and new control panel in three years. I spoke to four Conns' representatives and they stated the technician said it could be repaired and despite me informing them of what I was told previously, they said there was nothing they could do and hung up.
