We went to Long John Silver's on March 9th, 2020 at 6:32 PM. Ticket number 2109. We had ordered a number 10 that comes with two fish and six shrimp with rice and hushpuppies and fries, along with a number 11 that comes with two fish, a chicken Plank and 3 shrimp, corn, hush puppies and Fries. I even confirmed with the cashier that the number 10 and number 11 would both come with hush puppies. We did not receive any shrimp and we didn't receive any hush puppies. I tried to call them FIVE different times and I let the phone ring until I received a Verizon message, about 20 Rings later, telling me that the person that I was trying to call is not answering the phone. We absolutely refuse to eat on the inside of this establishment because of how dirty and filthy and grimy it is. We have been to several LJS's in TX and Long John Silver's has always been one of our favorites but the establishment in San Angelo, Texas, is absolutely ridiculous and we will never eat here again. The Google ratings are so low that they are almost in the negatives. This building needs a huge overhaul or needs to be shut the hell down. It is QUITE OBVIOUS that corporate does not care about their business.
