Good Morning,
I am a rewards members for years now and I have been shopping at your stores for a years as well. I purchased a pair of shoes but they did not fit so I needed to exchange them but the store I bought them from did not have a smaller size. So I went on the app and found out the Pearland store had them. The store from my house is 1 hour drive. I decided to go as I did not want to lose my discounts from my first purchase. I go to the store, handed the manager my bag with the other shoes and started looking for the shoes and I did not find them. I asked an associate to help me. He looked in the system and said yes we have 2 at the store and he also looked for the others pair I was looking for and indeed there were 2 as well. He go and looks in the women nike area and he could not find them. All nike women shoes were not in the proper area. He said let me go speak to my manager and come back. Never came back. So I go up to the register and asked the manager can I please have my return bag back. She handed it back upset and did not even look my way. Now what kind of customer service is this!
