On May 15 2021, around 3:30 pm, I went to the Customer Service Department (sales/returns) of the Home Depot in Hutto, Texas. There were four cash registers open. Register #2 was helping a customer. The other three cashiers were at register #4. I walked over to them and none of them acknowledged me. After about 40 seconds I turned and took about five steps towards the self-checkout, there was a long line. I immediately turned back around, one the cashiers walked over to register #1 and called the next customer who had just walked up. The other two cashiers were still in front of register #4 and for a second time they refused to acknowledge me. The items were left in front of register #4.

The items were purchased at Lowes. I was also looking to purchase a generator. The generator will be purchased at Lowes.
