WoodSprings Suites - Room cleaning and guest services.

I have been staying at Willowbrook-Houston suits over 10 months. I have not received any maid service/room cleaning for two months, The management has been very unresponsive, unwilling to help and extremely rude especially desk rep Eric.. I even suggested to check out re-check-in, Eric tells me he wont aloow me back in. This is ridiculous.

Not only compensation I should be entitled I feel I deserve better respect and service.

I ask someone to look into for assistance.

Desired outcome: Room cleaned regularly, compensation and polite service.
