I had 2 rooms reserved at the Baymont Inn next to Houston Airport.
When I entered the lobby, a voice talked to me. The receptionist was in a dark corner of the counter, sitting down. She started giving me a hard time because she said that I did not reserve nor pay for 2 rooms. I had reserved thru priceline and the 2 rooms were on the same order number... After she asked for a deposit ($50 per room), after she asked for my driver's license. Finally she did find the second room... Asked for a passport... I said that I was not happy with the service. So she decided not to "check us in"... She gave me back my credit card and my driver's license and refused to go forward. Fortunately because when I after reading the complaints on baymont inns on the web... A lot of stories like mine... And dirty rooms.
So we left, we never slept there. The service had been paid but never rendered... no manager would anser the phone and Wyndham Customer Care was of no help, talked to the receptionist who added more lies to the story. It is a shame that your good name is on the front of the building!
Desired outcome: refund of my rent. I try Priceline but it is a responsive as you....
