I booked our block, well so I thought, almost 4-5 months in advance. I called multiple times to confirm and was told everything was done but it's almost impossible to get in touch with the manager or get anything accomplished at this location. Only to call and find out that the block was never confirmed when we started to call and add individual credit cards like we always do the month before our arrival.. The manager's excuse was a new trainee didn't submit my block so scrambling at the last minute I was never able to locate a block for our group and we are all seperated thanks to this establishment. I was told rooms were unavailable however a few of us were still able to book on booking.com. I hate even giving this hotel my money because it is something messed up every year but it's the closest hotel to where we are visiting and they have a pool and hot tub. I call up multiple times and get put on hold and sent to a voicemail that is full. Then I use a 812 number because they know we are out of town and when I call from 812 they answer! Super unprofessional and I do not recommend staying with them!
