Ask for my records to be transferred from Grass Valley CA, to Galveston TX - CVS on 61st street. Absolutely no response when I asked the GALVESTON Pharm. about the transfer.

Had my new DR Kassem to order online the Cream I need for dialysis 3 weeks ago = ask CVS on 61st street and no response again. Had my nursing order my heart & pain meds from cvs on 61st street done last week! t. No MEDS YET AND NO ORDERS... HAD MY NEW DR GANDHI. ORDER ALL MY NEW MEDS FROM CVS ON 61ST STREET — Again no response from cvs or there pharmacist!
