Purchased (3) new customer SIM activation kits for their FamilyMobile cell system. Clerk was too lazy to ask if we wanted to port over our old numbers so we were assigned new numbers. It's been over a week working with their support desk to get our old numbers ported over. Our old cell numbers don't work, can't receive calls. Walmart's support desk is incompetent - now our old numbers are locked by them, don't work, and we can't return to our previous cell phone carrier. It's a huge mess that Walmart is too incompetent to fix. Unless you get their new cell numbers assigned, stay away from FamilyMobile. You don't want to deal with their unbelievably stupid support personnelle.
I did but the clerk said it was too late. She knew I wanted to port over my old numbers but didn't want to bother with it. It was pretty obvious by her attitude...
