I reserved through Expedia. I asked the representative, Daniel, if they had an Expedition before he charged me as we were looking for a full size SUV with sufficient trunk space. We assured me that they did. When I go pick up vehicle, they give me a Tahoe which has a very small trunk. I tell the employee that Daniel assured me they had an Expedition and told me that there are no specifics of the type of car when reserving. I had to show him my reservation to prove to him I wasn't lying. He sends me back upstairs with Daniel. When I get there, Daniel was just sitting there slouching and told me that he never assured me when he in fact did. He did not allow me to speak and sent me back where they have the cars to talk to the manager. When I asked him the managers name, he replied "I don't remember". As I walked away, he yelled her name "Ashley". When I get to Ashley, the manager, she did not even offer an apology for their employees bad behavior or inconvenience. She said that I was the one being rude when she was not even present. I have never experienced such a bad treatment especially when I am paying for the service. The manager was awfully unprofessional. I will never rent there again due to the bad experience.
