Extended Stay America - Front desk, management, housekeeping, other guest/residents

I stayed at extended stay in dallas, tx on vantage point dr. for only 1 night and I have no intention of ever coming back. First I checked in at 6pm (3hrs after regular check in time) and had to wait an hour to be processed in because they needed to make the bed, which is fine so I waited. Then they misplaced my ID card, which was found after 10 minutes of panic, under boxes behind the counter and among random clutter. But I still had hope. Until I got to the room... I couldn't tell if the urine smell was coming from inside the room or if someone had hosed down the breezeway outside the door. Plus, there wasn't one towel, no toilet paper (none at all), no trash can, no shower curtain, and the bed that took an hour to make was only 2 sheets (no mattress cover or even a regular blanket). Then throughout the night random people knocked on the door looking for the prostitute that stayed there the night before. I found it mentally difficult to walk to my car alone day or night due to the many inquiries from other guest about whether I'm "working" or not (just because I'm a woman doesn't make me a prostitute). Even when the cops rolled in 12 deep I felt unsafe. I didn't even know why they were there but they looked like they were there everyday. I thought the Express was awful but congratulations extended stay on vantage point dr dallas tx. You are the worst by far and charging 67$ is shameful especially with how the economy is, it's highway robbery and it's the last time I'll ever book there. Hopefully y'all can get your property straightened out and managed properly.

Desired outcome: I would like at least half of my money back considering I barely got half the accomodations promised.

ESA Greshan/Portland Oresham. OR on 08/02/21

we lost our house do to a fire and have been staying at this ESA since October of last year. I took down towels to exchange for clean ones and a frying pan with the coating inside the pan coming off. I never been treated so rudly in my life.was told all there pans were like that and she gave me 1 bath towel and some wash cloths. Told that this hotel was not for long stays. WHAT, !@@@! I HIT TH HE ROOF... What kind of people do they hirr?
