On 2/10/2016 my husband drove me to the nearest LJS establishment to us located at 3103 College Park Drive The Woodlands, TX 77384.
I was NOT pleased with the service, food or the cleanliness of the ladies room.
Our order was placed as a to go order and was presented to us as a dine in.
The fish was old and tasted like it had been left in the freezer too long. The fries were over cooked and ther was no tea, no napkins and the ladies room was in need of attention. The young lady at the front counter was too busy working the drive thru to attend the customers at the counter. Another young lady came from the very back and asked the customers at the counter how she could assist us. She very quickly saw to the customers needs and righted what she could. I was very disappointed in the service, or lack of, from the cashier: Maria G. The young lady that did attend to those of us at the counter after Maria G went to the drive thru window and refused to acknowledge those of us at the counter, was a slender build with black hair and a small tattoo on her neck. We were not able to get her name as she was busy helping correct the issues up front. I know this is a Taco Bell/Long John Silvers store, but the service was not up to standards and the food was not of LJS status...greatly dissappointed. Ticket number 100763 Amount $20.74. Store # 027799. I would like a refund please.
