05/12/2023: Service was terrible! After taking our order/money, waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Not sure what the problem was, staff literally would not interact with any customers. After finally getting my order, it was ice cold! Staff refused to resolve any of the complaints (from any of the customers). This evidently has been an ongoing problem at the Cleburne, TX Popeyes. I will no longer give Popeyes chicken my business.
Desired outcome: New management
