on March [protected] i reserved a room through expedia my itinerary number is [protected].
When we got to the hotel , that ive stayed at before several times and theyve always accepted my id on my iphone under my mobile wallet this time they did not. I did not have any of form of id on me so the lady would not let me check in., I told her theyve already charged my card and she said id be refunded. I have not been refunded any amount and id like my money back. I did not step foot in the room therefore i dont know why im being charged like i stayed there. Please fix this issue immediately because ive waited long enough . thank you in advance
