Sonic Drive-In - Poor customer service

I ordered 3 medium slush 1 Grape with nerds, 1 Grape & 1 Cherry Slush. I informed the person who took that I will like less ice and more juice which I did not get. Instead of a Cherry slush I received a light blue looking slush with special on it
