Outback Steakhouse

My neice and I went on Friday 6/2 for dinner we got sat at 530pm gave our order to the waitress around 545pm time went by other people were sat after us got there food and we still haven't now it is 715pm still no food she forgot to put our order in when it finally came at 740pm it was all wrong and we called the manager over and his excuse was new help in the kitchen and acted like he didn't care at all and never tried to rectify the problem he was a young manager and we felt unimportant to him needless to say this is the second time this happened to us at the same location your old hickory blvd location in Nashville we figure let's try again maybe it was just a bad day but no same situation they just don't care at that restaurant and both times it was completely dead in there not sure how you can let this continue for your restaurants to be ran like this unfortunately you are loosing alot of business we've gone to other locations and never had this kind of problem at any of them we really enjoy the food but now has left a nasty taste in our mouth
