CVS - Customer service

I waited in a drive through line for 45 min only to discover only one prescription had been filled when my doctor called them in at exactly the same time and date. Why? The employee said he had no idea why he was extremely rude as well...
The drive through is always backed out to the road, it's absolutely insane, it shouldn't take that long to get your medicine!
This needs to be fixed!

Desired outcome: better customer service
