Sonic Drive-In - 2 words "plain wrong"

I've worked for this location for almost 2 years now. This store has'nt been ranned right since Troy stupid ### got rid of Ashley Hairell. Once he promoted Ryan Hite to be the damn GM of this store, thats when the store went down hill. There have been some issues going on in this store for a while now and finally one of the employees got it out. Even though he was upset because of the demotion that he was given, he decided to go off about the managment staff, saying partial things that was not true about some of the managers. Yet, one of the managers, Shancy everything was true about her. I worked several nights with her, and wasnt ### ranned right. She was ###ing employees in the inside of the store in the office/stock room and outside the building. Its a proven fact that she did this. There was about 300 dollars came up stolen because she felt like having good ole times with one of the employees in the store was more important than running her shift. Ryan Hite(GM) stupid ### found out the next day, by rewinding and fast forwarding the cameras multiple of times in front of all the employees. What type of GM is that? That isn't anybody business but the managers. To be technical about the situation, the boy name was Zach who stole the money. Ryan made sure he was arrested, but nothing every happened to the manager. Troy Templin who is the area supervisor, is aware of this ###, and what you think he did, not a damn thing but transferred her to the Riverside location. This isnt the first time she has got caught ###ing employees, this also happened at the Madison location, in which Dina Templin is the GM and Troy Templin is her area supervisor also. Isn't this called "Conflict of Interest"? How is this allowed? But I guess Troy doesnt see anything wrong with certain managers having relations with their employees. The saying about Darnell wasnt true. Yet he does joke around here and there, but he doesnt make anybody feel uncomfortable. There is one thing about him I can say, when we get orders, all the joking around cease. He is the only manager in here that we feel really cared about this damn store. It wasn't no type of favortism with him. He did most of the work in this damn store, made sure everything was up and running right verses the sorry ### GM we have who really didn't give a ### about nothing, but riding his ###ing 4-wheeler and buying rims for his vechicles. Anna she just didnt give a damn about nothing, so its really nothing to say abouther. As long as she had her five days opening and off by 2 or 3 she was okay.
After all this ### went down, the person that got fired (Darnell) was the wrong ###ing one. I just cant see why Shancy ### hasnt been dismissed from the company period, and why Ryan ### hasn t been fired. Darnell did all his work and Ryan just got the credit for it. Now that Darnell has been fired for nothing, watch how this damn store get ranned. If Troy Templin stupid ### dont be at this location from open to close then this store aint gonna be ###. I hope whoever the owners is of this company, start to come any see whats going on in Troy stores, then they will see that these stores isnt really what he make them out to be. Ryan HIte will not make it as a GM if Troy dumb ### didnt hold his hand all the time. Most of the employees at this store believe that the only reason they fired Darnell was because he was a black manager and they had to do something to make the owners feel better, so Ryan and Troy did that to cover their own ###. The majority of the populations in this store is white employees and we feel that Darnell was done wrong. Somebody need to take a look into this because this is wrong! Take a good look, Troy ### run threw managers like its ###ing crazy. He has about 20 different managers leaving in and out of his stores in a 1-month period. Especially out there at his wife store, Madison location. If he develops his managers like he should, he wouldnt have this problem. Its a damn shame, im only an employee and knows more ### about this man than you will every think. All the owners have to do is come and talk to every employee i this building and we will tell them the truth. Yes Troy made a ###ed up decision.
