Outback Steakhouse

Outback Steakhouse 308 Bristol West Blvd Bristol, TN. 37620. We stopped going to this location because of this same problem a few years ago. You cannot get your food & get out in a timely manner. We were at this same location a week earlier & received excellent service! We arrived at the Outback at approximately 12:20. The wait was about 20 min. We were seated at around 12:40. We had 1 sirloin & chicken dinner & 3 all you can eat soup & salads. You were not busy at the time. Server (Andrea Q.) had us & 1 other table. It took 15 min to get salad and another 15 for soup. We ordered our next soup & salad as soon as we received the first soup. We waited 20 min. for soup or salad. We never got either. We were inside seated for a total of an hour & fifteen minutes for one soup & one salad. The manager (Jordan) came to the table only with excuses & no resolutions. We paid for our meals & left. They may have saved a soup & salad, but lost a customer. Do you care?
