Called about a tooth that had broken, 800 line said I could walk in. When I asked ABout the cost they said it was $129.00. When I got to desk, now it is $282, asking why they said you had x-ray and examine and repair. OK well when they were doing the examine and x-rays they never said I didn't qualify for the free examine and x-rays. I questioned that, you let me think I was getting only a Bill of $129.00. I assumed this price for 129, never any more. Have called and they said they would talk to Doctor, never called me back with answer. Poor customer service, You see I was from out of town, so they took advantage of this, never explaining that I needed to pay for and examine and x-rays, by the way it was not necessary for x-rays as the break was at the top of tooth, My Dentist agreed. Aspen made sure I knew, I was lucky to get in to see DOC.
