I have had enough of the service at Advanced Auto Parts! first I called my neighborhood AAP to inquire on pricing and delivery time so as to be able to know how to coordinate my week and my mechanics schedule to replace part, I called store 05790 located at 283 us hyw 321 in winnsboro south carolina. during that call the young man was patient and answered my questions and there were several. after I got an idea on what part I could afford and get I of course asked when will the part arrive the young man proceeded to tell me the next day I was like Great! so ill come by tomorow. when I arrived at store it was the night of the january right before closing I walked in and got helped by young man and a young black woman with short hair. I paid and then was told the part would be there two days later in the afternoon at pm on thur 13th of january. I was like wait a minute I was told it would be here next day the woman stepped in and she stated it would be coming straight from vendor I was not pleased now it is thur 5:02 and I just hung up and the part is not there now I have to call my mechanic who I am to go see tonight to get work done so I can work tomorow and I cannot go! samantha comes on the line and said she does not know what happened it says it was shipped and ups has not arrived today, that is not acceptable business giving out several versions in a transaction to folks is awful because we have coordinating to do in order to allow our lives to mesh around repairs needed to drive safe vehicles I will not be shopping with your brand ever again
