Popeyes - Service

The service at the Popeyes in Walterboro SC is Horrible! I ordered an online order which said it would be ready at 6:08. It is now 6:30 and I still don’t have my food! Everyone who has come through the window while I was waiting is now pulled in and waiting on their food! The manager is setting at the desk talking on her phone and no one seems to be in any hurry to cook the food! There are 6 people working and service and food is this low and bad?

Desired outcome: Better service!!!!!!
