I worked for this company 8 years and built a solid reputation. When I could no longer travel with a position, I took within the company she did nothing to help me when I have seen countless people walk off the job and be placed in another office or stealing from the company and all they get is transferred to another office. I told her that I quit the position and needed to be placed in a regular office her response was yea we're all set and there isn't a position open for you in any office, so I don't know what to tell you. (Yet there are countless adds on indeed for dental assistants in my area.) Two days later I was out of the system and no longer employed at the company in which I gave 8 years of my career to and have NEVER been written up for ANYTHING! She is friends with the other assistant I worked with outside of work and I knew that I would not get help if I wanted to step down and go to another office. There was patient abuse and things going on that I did not agree with. I am a professional and do not want my name attached to anything that isn't ethical.
