July 2020 I contracted with Lowe's for an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, range hood & back splash including costs for installation. To date, I have working oven & range hood. I do have the non-working dishwasher here. In December I was hospitalized with a life threatening illness. In an effort to help me & get the dishwasher installed some of my friends ask someone to install the dishwasher. When I came home in February 2021, I shared this issue with Lowe's thinking they would show some compassion for my situation & for being truthful BUT no! They refunded my installation charges & basically informed me that I was on my own. I certainly bear my responsibility for the dishwasher. While hospitalized, rats had a blast in my home chewing through the electrical cord to the dishwasher. So here I am with a non-working dishwasher, uninstalled backsplash, no cooktop. I was just trying to update my kitchen from the '60's. And with al the unfinished business, goods & services not received, I am expected to continue making my credit card payments (due today) I want the CC credited for the balance & my card cancelled. I will never do business with your company again! I am extremely disappointed in this company.
Desired outcome: I want a copy of my bill mailed to me & my account closed. If I speka with a different person in the store I get a different so I don't know if my bill is correct or nott
