I brought a faucet back to exchange and the customer service people were both rude! I didn't have my receipt, which I know the deal because I work in customer service myself. Because I asked for store credit or cash back after inserting the card I used. They wouldn't do it. I'm in a hurry to move into a house and need to get things done, but they were so freaking rude! Lowe's in boiling springs - Store 1986, do better! Like if you're going to be working with customers, at least know how to do your job and to speak with people! Freaking ridiculous!
Desired outcome: Address all customer staff on how to speak to people and revise again on how to do their job!! Also, my $25 extra I had to spend because couldn’t get any help over at the faucets. A customer and her husband had to help would be great!
