Service has deteriorated noticeably over the past few months. Examples: I order "mild" and get "spicy" chicken 3 out 5 times. I ask for Ranch dipping sauce and get Honey Mustard. What used to be really good chicken nuggets have become hard, greasy lumps of batter that have been under a heat lamp for too long.
There is an issue with the amount of attention given to counter customers vs drive through.
I don't want complimentary gift cards... I don't want a 'refund'... I don't want to 'speak to a manager'.

Desired outcome: What I want is for the owners to be aware that their business at this location has issues and to resolve them.
