Dollar Tree - Harassment

Continuous harassment,
Assistant manager befriends cashiers and gets them to watch me and reports my every move to her via her cell phone when they leave work. She creates narratives like I am lazy, don't do my work, always on break etc. She tells them that the Store manager wants them to report it to her. Store manager denies this information. Assistant manager reported me for telling a cashier to shut up, and was denied by the cashier when confronted. Assistant came to work to take over for me and shouted f... you, gave me the finger and left me to stay and close the store. She refuses to communicate pertinent information when changing shifts. An example of this was she came to the store to relieve me, took money out of the safe without my knowledge and went to the bank. I took down my drawer and called her 4 times over the pa system to the office, but she never showed. The cashiers told me she left in her car to go home. The safe was off and I had no idea what happened. She later appeared with money from the bank. She would not stay in the office to count my drawer, so I did it myself. She did not count the safe or deposit with me to transfer to her before I left. I recounted it for the cameras and documented it was correct. When I try to relay info from the store manager she runs away. She calls the store manager at home to get the info. When I ask her a question she states, "If you ask a stupid question you get a stupid answer." She would report that I didn't finish my paperwork and the store manager would verify that it had been done. When I am doing my work she walks by with a derogatory comment or questioning what I am doing. Lastly, we hired a new cashier that is amazing. AM went to her and told her to report to her after work everything I do. I came into work and the cashier looked upset. She told me about what AM said to her and she felt very uncomfortable. Cashier said she told AM that she worked with me all week and I work hard. Cashier told her that I am always sweaty from doing so much work so why does the SM need me watched? AM left her a note with her phone number and report to her after she leaves work. She gave me the paper and we both wrote a statement and called the sore manager. The store manager came in and I told her I can no longer work under these conditions. Every time the store manager talks to the AM nothing changes. I am a full time manager and worked several stores. All stores have issues, but none like this one. I am finishing the schedule at the Kennywood store and transferred to the homestead store. I retired from working as a national paramedic and college instructor for emergency medicine. I found it hard to go from 100% to 0%. So a friend introduced me to Dollar Tree. This has well suited me for the high energy level that I have and to keep my muscles strong. I love my job and got a lot of time and knowledge invested. I don't want to start over somewhere else. Thank you for your time on this matter for I know it is a lot of info. I have a lot more, but I tried to give you only examples of the situation. I fear when I am gone this will continue with someone else. Also, the other personal may quit and go somewhere else. Lastly she is giving Dollar Tre a bad name.
