There would not be enough time, space and energy to write down the nightmare that was involved in trying to get a refrigerator from Lowe's. I started online and let's just say these things happened:
Damaged Item - notified by delivery
Spoke to one manager - never to be seen or heard from again
Item coming from another store without telling me
Wrong delivery address given to Delivery service
Spoke to two other people at the new location or disappeared after our call
Item cancelled without telling me
No refund appearing on my card
Chase credit now looking into what happened to my money
Lowe's has wasted so much of my time - its disgusting.
Ordered and received the same refrigerator from Home Depot in one week.
My money still tied up from the debacle of ordering from Lowe's
Talked to "Customer Care" (they don't care if you were wondering)
They are sending me a $50 gift card for my troubles - even though I don't have my refund.
Not enough money in the world to make me step foot in another Lowe's store.

I had a carpet installed byLowes and within the year it started to come up at the seams I continually call to have someone come out to rectify the issue but all they would do is blame it on carpet manufacturer. It's not a manufacturer issue. The carpet was never seamed and heat glued together properly. The 1st time I called, they were a no call, no show. The next time they sent a guy out to take pictures and someone from install was firing to come out to fit it. Well, when installation company came out, not one knew anything about pictures being taking or the notes from guy who came to examine issue. So installation said they saw nothing wrong but proceeded to tell me carpet waa just raised and tries to trim my carpet with scissors. They closed my case and basically said I put them out my house. Carpet install never completed
Agreed! I have spent over 6moths on the phone getting a smoke show from fridgid air. Every time it’s a different story but they will always come out and fix it… so now after 6 months they are denying to come out and fix it because it’s six months past warranty…. It’s a stall show! 😡😡😡😡😡 and they cannot seem to find any notes, past calls, claims… including my phone conversation on 9/29/2022 (7days ago) In which again they agreed it is their responsibility to send a service man out to repair my problem.
LOWES plays the game knowing most folks get discouraged. I encourage you to speak out on Social Media. Trust you Disputed this Charge on your Credit Card, must do this within so many days of billing.
