Thursday, August 8th 2019 my boyfriend and I were in Lancaster visiting, "That fish place, That pet place." By the time we left, we both decided we were hungry and wanted Sonics because there is none in the location we live. We pull into one of the spots to order and the employee took it and told us our total. We waited 25 minutes and still nothing, then we heard a voice on the speaker say, "Can I take your order." My boyfriend kindly responded, "We already ordered about 25 minutes ago." The employee responds with, "I'm sorry." 10 minutes later we hear nothing, about another 5 minutes go past and another employee comes on and says, "What was your order again?" So my boyfriend repeats our order once again and then the employee gives us our total. We waited almost 15 minutes for our food to be delivered to us. At this point my boyfriend and I were both hot and irritated.
