I visit this McDonalds very frequently. Today, 12/16/2021 at exactly 10:25am I went through drive thru (Knowing lunch starts at 10:30) and politely asked "Are you guys still serving breakfast" and the response I got was "Yeah" I then told the employee that was speaking to me "Okay, that's fine I will just wait a few minutes." I then proceeded to pull into one of the side parking spaces and at 10:33am I went back through the drive thru and before I could say anything the employee proceeds to say "We are STILLLLL serving breakfast" I then make her aware that her Lunch menu is up and she states "there is no control over the board and when it switches over" I am very upset with the way the employee spoke to me about the whole situation which was minor but made into a bigger issue by her lack of professionalism. I then chose to visit a different Mcdonalds that was minutes away and their Mcdonalds lunch sign was up and running and they took my order as this Mcdonalds should have. I will never visit this Mcdonalds again and I will be sure to advise my friends/family as well. We all want good customer service anywhere we are spending money and this was definitely not the case.
